Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. This Agreement sets forth the terms of sale for all merchandise purchased by you (the Buyer) from Urban Ironcraft Products LLC (the Seller).
Payment
Orders are charged at order time. Payment may be made by credit card. Accepted credit cards include: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Seller does not accept any orders on COD terms.
Seller is required by Oklahoma law to collect sales tax on all orders delivered to destinations within Oklahoma. Other states and jurisdictions may impose separate sales and use taxes; however, Seller is not required to collect taxes for any other jurisdiction. Buyer is responsible for checking local laws to determine if they are subject to any additional sales and use taxes or duties.
Order acceptance and cancellations
All orders are subject to Seller’s acceptance and standard audit procedures. Errors in arithmetic and pricing are subject to correction. In the event Buyer does not approve a correction, Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund Buyer’s payment.
Orders are at all times subject to Seller’s ability to deliver the specified merchandise. If at any time, for any reason, Seller determines that it is unable to deliver the purchased items, Seller may elect to cancel the order if Buyer and Seller are unable to agree on acceptable substitute items or new delivery schedule.
Buyer may not change or cancel a custom order without Seller’s acceptance. In the event Buyer requests a change or cancellation, Seller will determine if the request can be accommodated, and if so, if there are any fees or penalties associated with fulfilling the request. Buyer shall be solely responsible for all penalties and fees associated with any change.
Seller does not ship orders “on approval” by Buyer. Buyer is solely responsible prior to the placement of any order to determine that the characteristics of all ordered items are as desired. Due to the fact that computer monitors exhibit wide color variances, Seller is not responsible for the color representation of any photograph viewed over the Internet.
Delivery
We offer curbside shipping to all 48 contiguous states and Canada. Most orders are shipped within approx. 3-4 weeks of ordering. You will be notified by our team as soon as your order leaves our shop and be provided with tracking information. Freight orders (if your order isn’t small enough to ship FedEx) are typically in transit for 3 to 7 business days. Once the order arrives at the shipping terminal nearest to your home, you will be contacted by the freight company to schedule a delivery window.
Please note that sometimes these delivery time windows can span over several hours, so please be prepared to accept your shipment at any point in the time window given. All 3rd party freight deliveries occur during normal business hours only. If you are not able to accept your shipment within a reasonable amount of time (as defined by the freight company), the freight company may be required to charge storage fees and you will be responsible for those.
To save you money, your delivery will be curbside. This means you will need to bring the order inside your home, uncrate/unpack it, and install it (if necessary). Keep in mind that some of our pieces can be heavy and you may need help to bring your custom furniture inside from the curb.
It is your responsibility to inspect your order’s packaging thoroughly and completely for any damage BEFORE signing for the package(s). While this is a rare occurrence, sometimes a package will be damaged during transit. ALWAYS inspect your item’s packaging prior to the driver leaving. If there is visible damage to your piece, please do not accept the shipment. If you accept an item that was damaged in transit, we don’t have any recourse with the shipping company to help make this right for you. Instead, please refuse the item and note on the BOL the reason why and take a picture if possible. In this situation, they will return the item back to us, so that we can file the claim.
If visible exterior damage is minor, you can also accept but you must note on the BOL that you give back to the driver what the issue was and take a photo of that as well as of the damaged area.
Please note: Your order cannot be refused upon delivery if it does not/you don’t think it can fit through an entryway once unpackaged. It is your responsibility to ensure your order can fit in your home.
Warranties
Seller shall warranty manufactured products for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Defects caused by abuse, negligence, or damage from installation are not covered. Damages arising from improper or incorrect installation are not covered.
Certain inconsistencies should be expected and add to the character of the merchandise. Metal finishes may be subject to small variations. Seller is not responsible for color variations and cannot guarantee exact matches between similar items.
Returns
Returns must be authorized by the Seller. Merchandise sent to the Seller without authorization will forfeit the right to any refund for the item.
Upon authorization, Buyer will be responsible for the return at the Buyer’s expense and ensuring it is packaged correctly. If the item is damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to resolve this matter with the shipping company. Seller is not responsible for any damages occurred en route to their shop.
Orders must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Seller will not process any credit on authorized returns until the merchandise is received and inspected.
Fully returned orders will be subject to a restock fee of 15% of the order total.
Partially returned orders will be subject to a restock fee of 15% of the price of the merchandise returned.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and Buyer and Seller agree that the jurisdiction for all claims resulting from this agreement shall be the County of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys fees.
This Agreement supersedes any and all prior agreements between Buyer and Seller, including any verbal or written representations.
