Listed here is our made to order “Squares” fireplace screen.
Notes:
– If you have real logs, you will need mesh backing, which is an option.
– Once the opening on your fireplace reaches a certain size, we recommend doors due to the weight. A free-standing screen with mesh gets to be heavy once you get to 1400sq in or more.
– When measuring for the right size of fireplace screen, we recommend making the screen 1” taller and wider all the way around.
– To find the overall square inches of your screen, simply multiply your width times height – example: 40″W x 38″H = 1520 sq in
Materials used:
– the frame is made out of 1″ tubing
– outside portion of the frame is 1/4″ x 2″ strap, which adds a heavier, higher-end look to the screen
– there’s a 3/8″ round rod between the 1″ tubing and the 2″ strap, which just adds some character
– the legs are 1″ solid material and are ground to a round end so that there aren’t sharp edges
– the pattern itself is laser cut out of 1/4″ material and the bars are 3/8″ wide when looking at it from the front

We offer all sorts of designer finishes. Pricing is based on the cost of material and the tiers of difficulty in the process. Some finishes are much more labor intense than others.

Freight: With this option, it’ll arrive on a pallet, at the bottom of your driveway or curbside. You’ll be responsible for getting it off the pallet and into your home or business.
White Glove: With this service, they will call you to schedule delivery. They’ll bring it in to your room of choice and will discard of all packaging. (suggested for heavier items)
